General Notary
$45
This amount serves as a deposit. This amount will be used for the cost of Notarial acts, printing/scanning, document handling, and travel fees. Should the total cost of services rendered exceed this amount, the balance will be invoiced after the appointment.

Notarization
$10 per notarized signature

Real Estate Closing
$150
Full Real Estate Closing services bring a Notary Signing Agent to your location. This rate includes all services such as notarizations, travel, printing, scan-backs, and drop-off at a shipping provider of your choice with a label you provide.

Travel
67¢ per mile, one-way

Notary Retention
$50
Starting 45 minutes after the arrival of the notary, this hourly fee may be added to the total charge. Consecutive hour(s) are billed at the start of each additional hour. Most appointment only take 15-20 minutes, and this discretionary fee doesn't apply in most cases!
